Processing & Production Time

 

Because each item is handcrafted, a processing and production time is required before your order can be shipped.

• Standard Production Time: Please allow 5-14 business days for us to create your piece.

• Product-Specific Times: Some items may have a different production timeframe. For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the delivery time displayed on the product page, typically located next to the "Add to Cart" button.

• General Estimate: If no specific estimate is provided on the product page, please anticipate a delivery window of up to 20-25 days for orders within the USA.

Shipping & Delivery

 

Once your custom piece is ready, we take great care in getting it to you.

• Our Carrier: We ship all orders via USPS/UPS. You will have the option to choose from several shipping service levels at checkout. We can use any other service if you request it.

• Shipping Guarantee: We guarantee that your order will be shipped by the "ship by" date provided. However, once a package is with the carrier, its delivery timeline is out of our control, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

• Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

• Domestic: We ship to all physical addresses within the contiguous United States.

• International: We ship to Canada and many other international locations.

Important Information

 

• Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address before your order has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the address, cancel the order, or divert the shipment.

• Payment Clearance: Please note that we will only begin processing and ship your order after your payment has been cleared.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 business days. While Fandom Atelier is not responsible for the cost or replacement of lost, misplaced, or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you with the claims process.

Shipping Costs

 

• Within the USA: Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and value of the items in your order. We offer standard USPS/UPS Priority Class rates, with options for express domestic shipping.

• Outside the USA: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on USPS/UPS Priority International services, with express options also available.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

• Buyer's Responsibility: The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for all import fees, including customs duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of the items you purchase or in the shipping cost you pay to Fandom Atelier.

• Payment of Fees: These charges are determined by your local customs office and are typically due at the time of delivery. Your package will not be released by the carrier until these fees are paid.

• Policy on Refused Packages: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is returned to us, any shipping and handling fees incurred by Fandom Atelier will be deducted from your refund.
